"A zine is most commonly a small circulation, non-commercial publication of original or appropriated texts and images. More broadly, the term encompasses any self-published work of minority interest usually reproduced via photocopier on a variety of colored paper stock."

Techniques are similar to those of ATCs and can include painting, collage, drawing, digital photography, etc. Usually, the background is paper or a thin card stock. They can be one of a kind, a series, limited edition and for sale or for trade. Multiple copies of mini 'zines are usually photocopied for these purposes. Remember: you are only limited by your imagination!
